Please kindly wait for at least 14 days before scheduling your appointment if you or someone in your household are showing symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

SCREENING: Self screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. I will also be checking your temperature with a no touch thermometer prior to our procedure.

MASK: Come in with your mask on. Mask must be on prior to entering the studio. If you do not have a mask, please let us know.

WASH HANDS: Guests must wash their hands for 20 seconds prior to service. If a hand washing station is in use, sanitizer will be provided.

COME SOLO: Artists are only allowed to work one on one with each guest at a time. No pets unless certified service animal.

WAVE FOR GREETING: To reduce the risk of infection, we can practice waving rather than hugging to say Hello. Please limit talking to avoid spreading additional particles in the air.

A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required when booking an appointment. The booking fee goes toward your total investment and reserves your spot on the calendar. The remaining balance of your service cost is due at the time of the appointment. Booking fees are not transferable between clients.

No shows, rescheduling multiple times or last minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. In this case, your booking fee will NOT count towards your future treatment. If you are running more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your booking fee will not be refunded.

We reserve the time just for you. On our end, we do our best to make sure that we stay on time so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. On your end, we ask that you make every effort to keep your commitment – to show up to your appointments and to show up on time.

A 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
